Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years Housekeeping Management Experience on ships
  • OR 200+ Rooms handled in a 5 star hotel within the last 4 years
  • Proven experience leading diverse team
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft programs)
  • Knowledge of maintenance reporting cloud-based systems and hotel integration with an openness to learn new ones
  • No age limit (Minimum age requirements is 21 Years old)
  • Compulsory to have work experience as stated

Job Details:

  • Contract based 4 Months onboard, 2 Months off. Contracts offered based on performance.
  • Responsible for assigned area including but not limited to: Guest/Crew Staterooms, Accommodations, Night Operations, Public Areas, Deck, Wardrobe, Floor Care
  • Conduct daily area Inspections and confirm they comply to Disney Standards, maintenance and USPH standards
  • Handle and resolve housekeeping related Guest issues in a timely manner
  • Timely communication, documentation and appropriate follow up on all guest issues
  • Oversee appropriate use and operation of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
  • Supervise luggage operations on embark/debark days
  • Managing electronic record cards by conducting timely feedback sessions, disciplinary actions and providing performance reviews
  • Continuously celebrate Crew successes and recognition.

  • Ensuring MLC 2006 compliance/accurate time recording practices are being followed in company provided systems for crew members

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM10,093.72 per month
