Administrative Assistant

- Manage daily office administrative tasks and clerical support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, mails, and courier services.
- Prepare, update, and maintain HR-related forms and documents.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and simple company coordination tasks.
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or secretarial role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
- Based in or willing to work in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Competitive salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500
- Stable working hours, 5-day work week
