Regional Sales Manager

People Profilers is partnering with a global life sciences solutions provider to appoint a Regional Sales Leader to oversee its Medical Device portfolio. This senior role will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, customer engagement, forecasting, and ongoing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical leadership to accelerate growth, achieve operational excellence, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership for the regional medical device sales business, setting direction for commercial success, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Accelerate revenue growth by shaping customer strategies, managing critical projects, and ensuring strong execution across the team.
- Deepen customer relationships by supporting account managers and directly engaging with key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to expand market reach and secure new opportunities within the process and life sciences industries.
- Manage pricing strategies and profitability, balancing competitiveness with sustainable margins.
- Lead marketing initiatives and ensure effective commercial support for product launches.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on P&L performance.
- Build and develop the team through coaching, training, and structured performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on growth priorities and share best practices.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify risks and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer trust and business continuity.
- Champion process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years of leadership experience in business unit or sector management, preferably in life sciences, process, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a track record of leveraging data effectively.
- Proven ability to anticipate risks, capitalize on opportunities, and take decisive action.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with both local and international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and achieving ambitious sales and operational targets.
