Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and decision-makers.
- Develop a business plan to ensure long term growth of accounts across the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, ideally within mining, manufacturing, or a related heavy industries.
- Proven experience in managing strategic customer accounts, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written); additional SEA regional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
