  1. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

  2. Responsible for the sales in the assigned regions with direct account responsibility for a set of existing and developing new distributors

  3. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability

  4. Demonstrate full understanding of sale campaigns/offerings to communicate them clearly to distributors/sale executives

  5. Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer base

  6. An entrepreneurial individual who can help accelerate company business presence in all the relevant markets within their defined territory

  7. Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service

  8. Provide consistent service, support, and participate in all marketing activities

  9. Responsible for creation of channel strategies and successful execution of Channel partner business plans including contract negotiations, sales, marketing, and services go to market plans

  10. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships

  11. Understand, develop, and grow territory whereby monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded

  12. Understand and convey key business issues facing distributors and customers

  13. Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target

  14. Recruit and manage the channel partners including distributors/systems Integrators

  15. Develop and plan sales/marketing activities and campaigns

  16. Understand, where appropriate, opportunities for localization of our products and services

  17. Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales target (Quota) and build appropriate pipelines to achieve quarterly sales targets for the following two quarters

  18. Qualification Requirement

  19. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering

  20. At least 3 years' experience in conveyor system or relevant professional mechanical design working experience, project management skills will be added advantage

  21. Good knowledge in plastic chain, belted and other conveyor systems technology and able to apply in technical design works

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM11,000.00 per month
