Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/ organizational development/ business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, essential for engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in handling HR documentation, compliance, and data management.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and reduce time-to-hire.

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Well-versed in employment laws and HR standards, enabling effective and legally sound resolution of employee relations matters.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Experience in designing and executing employee engagement strategies aimed at improving morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Continuously assess HR policies and practices to ensure they support employee well-being and retention goals.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Handling payroll processing, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring record-keeping.
  • Well-versed in using HR2000 QuickPay system for accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Reporting & General Administration:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy in HR databases and systems.
