Company Description

BLH ECOENERGY SDN. BHD. is a fast-growing company specializing in EV chargers station installation company located in Kuantan includes the operation of selling EV charger, generation facilities that produce electric energy, as well as other retail sales in non-specialized stores. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team

Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves frequent client interactions and collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or any related field.
  2. An Electrical technical background can be an added advantage as it provides a better understanding of EV chargers and installations.
  3. 3-4 years of proven experience in sales, or business development role, preferably in renewable energy, electric vehicles, technology, or construction industries.
  4. Experience in technical sales—such as selling technical products or systems (e.g., electric vehicle charging stations, solar power systems, etc.)—would be a distinct advantage.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills to secure new business.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and good in doing Presentation.
  8. Excellent communication skills – both oral and written (Mandarin communication is a must with China business partner)
  9. Willing to travel with valid driver's license and possess own transport.
