Reporting ToMarketing Planning & Analytics Manager
Role PurposeThe Senior Executive, Digital Insights supports the airline's marketing teams by planning and tracking digital marketing activities, analysing online performance, and generating insights that drive key commercial metrics. This role combines analytical capability, strategic thinking, and strong coordination skills to ensure digital marketing plans are executed efficiently and aligned with business goals.
Key Accountability- Planning and tracking performance of digital marketing activities
- Analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing digital strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related fields.
- 2 – 4 years of experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role such as Marketing Analyst, Digital Analyst, Data Analyst, or Performance Marketing Executive—preferably within aviation, travel, or eCommerce industries.
- Strong analytical capability, with proven experience turning complex digital and commercial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools, ideally Adobe Analytics (AA), with experience analysing customer journeys, funnels, and conversion data. Background in other platforms also considered.
- Experience using data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel, Python, or R) to build dashboards and performance reports.
- Understanding of airline-based KPIs is a plus
- Insights-driven. Constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance and influence decisions.
- Strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex data into compelling narratives to drive decision making.
- Meticulous and disciplined, with strong attention to accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborative and responsive, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Resilient and resourceful, adaptable to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and commercial pressures
