Job Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance the quality management system (acceptance standards), refine business processes, foster team development, and facilitate the execution of various quality initiatives;

  2. Strategize and establish product quality management objectives, encourage the breakdown of goals, and ensure their attainment;

  3. In the event of quality discrepancies, coordinate the analysis of responsibilities and causes, and implement necessary improvements;

  4. Oversee the statistical analysis of quality characteristic data, track quality trends, and mitigate systemic quality risks;

  5. Integrate quality statistical data to identify opportunities for quality enhancement, and plan and advance production quality improvements;

  6. Oversee the introduction of new products, and organize and participate in process reviews concerning product manufacturability and process control parameters;

  7. Manage factory inspection planning, review issues, and enhance significant projects or key customer engagements;

  8. Oversee the certification, operation, and maintenance of the company's various management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TS16949, etc.);

  9. Conduct internal audits and facilitate second-party and third-party evaluations;

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or above, process-related work experience is preferred;

2.Demonstrate expertise in quality management processes and competencies, as well as proficiency in utilizing quality management tools (such as 8D, QC tools, etc.) and methodologies;

  1. Have a strong desire to succeed and enterprising spirit, and be able to face various challenges and growth pressure during fast development;

  2. Have a clear career plan, be willing to engage in management work, and be willing to work hard to achieve your goals;

  3. Responsible, willing to take responsibility, and willing to work hard to make yourself capable of taking responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2, RM7,163.68 per month
