Job Desriptions:

  • Determine quality improvement parameters.
  • Identify statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and control daily quality related tasks
  • Liaise with customers on all issues pertaining to product quality.
  • Responsible for overall product quality to ensure low rejection and continuous quality improvement.
  • Handling of CMM & Smart Scope measurements.
  • Carry out any other quality related tasks and assignments as and when required.
  • Monitor supplier/sub-con performance and develop undeforming suppliers as well as organize periodical supplier audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s)of working experience in Quality related field is required for this position in managing quality of parts, supplier audit & improvement activities.
  • Ability to handle customer feedback & ensure product quality meets customer requirement
  • Ability to monitor team performance to achieve customer standards and expectation
  • Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, 8D, CMM and Smart Scope measurement is added advantage.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Good attention to detail and a results driven approach.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
