Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian).Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and campaigns.Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory levels and forecast demand accurately.Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale (POS) strategies.Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.Track competitor activity and provide timely market insights to internal teams.Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stockouts.Support the Head of Sales in achieving overall channel sales targets.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in Key Account Management or Retail Sales, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries.Strong knowledge of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience handling fast-moving, trend-based products is a plus.Familiarity with pharmacy channel development and new account acquisition will be an advantage.BenefitsAnnual Leave: 8 days (< 2 years of service)Medical Leave: 14 days (< 2 years of service)Full Attendance Allowance: RM100 per monthParking Allowance: RM4 per dayCompany TripPerformance BonusStaff VoucherJob Type: Full-timePay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional developmentWork Location: In person
