Job description:

1) Mempromosikan Produk Pinjaman

  • Menawarkan pinjaman peribadi berkanun kepada penjawat awam, pesara kerajaan, atau anggota badan berkanun.

  • Membuat jualan secara atas talian atau luar talian.

  • Menerangkan ciri-ciri pinjaman termasuk kadar faedah, tempoh bayaran balik, jumlah maksimum pinjaman, dan kelebihan potongan gaji melalui biro (ANGKASA/AG).

2)Menjawab Pertanyaan Online

  • Memberi respon pantas kepada mesej pelanggan melalui chat, DM, email, atau komen.

  • ⁠Menjelaskan maklumat pinjaman, kelayakan, kadar keuntungan, dan tempoh bayaran secara profesional.

3)Semakan Dokumen Secara Digital

  • Menerima dan menyemak dokumen yang dihantar oleh pelanggan secara atas talian (PDF, gambar jelas).

  • ⁠Memberi panduan kepada pelanggan untuk isi borang permohonan secara e-form atau Google Form.

4)Menjaga Etika dan Kepatuhan

  • Memastikan semua proses mematuhi polisi syarikat, peraturan Bank Negara Malaysia, dan garis panduan etika.

  • Mengelakkan manipulasi maklumat pelanggan atau penyalahgunaan data.

5)Mencapai Sasaran Jualan Bulanan

  • Memastikan jumlah permohonan dan nilai pinjaman yang disasarkan tercapai setiap bulan.

  • Menyediakan laporan jualan kepada ketua pasukan atau pengurus.

6)Penyediaan Borang dan Permohonan

  • Mengisi borang permohonan pinjaman dan dokumen berkaitan (akad, potongan gaji ANGKASA, dan lain-lain).

  • ⁠Menghantar dokumen kepada pihak HQ/agensi untuk diproses.

7)Semakan Kelayakan dan Dokumen

  • Menyemak kelayakan pelanggan berdasarkan gaji pokok, potongan semasa, dan rekod CCRIS/CTOS.

  • ⁠Mengumpul dan menyemak dokumen lengkap pelanggan (salinan IC, slip gaji, penyata bank, surat lantikan, dan lain-lain).

8)Follow-up Status Permohonan

  • Menyemak status kelulusan dengan pegawai pemproses atau sistem dalaman.

  • Memastikan pelanggan dimaklumkan tentang keputusan permohonan serta tarikh pelepasan bayaran.

9)Follow-Up Online

  • Menjalankan follow-up melalui panggilan telefon, WhatsApp, atau emel.

  • ⁠Memberi info status permohonan secara berkala sehingga kelulusan dan pelepasan bayaran.
