Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service, you will support the sales team by managing customer interactions, follow-ups, and after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Sales Support: Assist in lead management, order processing, invoicing, and maintaining sales records.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers, address inquiries, and provide product information.
- After-Sales Support: Handle follow-ups, returns, replacements, and warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records, generate reports, and analyze sales trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Preferably min 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to understand customer issues and provide prompt and effective solutions to meet their needs and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated empathy towards customers' concerns and the patience to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately record customer information, orders, and interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
