Remote Account Assistant cum Customer Service

Join our growing team at Bathology, a premium bathroom solutions supplier. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our team remotely, with experience in AutoCount, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with Google Maps for meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with suppliers/logistics via email & WhatsApp
Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders using *AutoCount**
Plan and update sales meeting schedules using *Google Maps**
* Support order tracking, documentation, and sales follow-ups
* Maintain data accuracy and assist with weekly reporting
Requirements:
* Must have experience using AutoCount (min. 1 year)
Familiar with *Google Maps** for scheduling and route planning
* Prior experience in sales admin, coordination, or inventory management
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
* Able to work independently and communicate clearly with team and clients
Bonus: Knowledge of *Canva** is a plus for simple marketing tasks
