Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager SME Plus to be based on-site in Johor Bahru. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, providing financial advice, and offering tailored banking solutions to meet clients' business needs. The role also includes analyzing financial statements, identifying potential business opportunities, and working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements. Regular engagement with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business targets is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Min 2-3 years in SME/Commercial Banking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and creating business strategies to meet client needs.
  • Experience in banking, finance, or related fields with an understanding of SME operations and challenges.
  • Knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve performance targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Johor Bahru is a plus.
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
