  • Prospecting new accounts and maintaining existing client relationships to diversify the Bank's product and services.
  • To issue letter of Offer and ensure perfection of relevant documents as per approved terms including disbursement supervision which are undertaken by Credit Administration Centre / Department (CAC/D).
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's standard and regulatory requirements pertaining to Anti Money Laundering and KYC.
  • To ensure timely submission of annual reviews, facilities granted are adequately utilized, and good account conduct.
  • Achieve KPI performance and contributed to the department's growth/ revenue for a defined business segment, as per approved annual budget.
  • Monitor overall facility utilization and profitability of assigned portfolio.
  • Identify customer needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities, negotiate for best margins to optimize account profitability.
  • Build rapport and develop meaningful networking in the customer's organization.
  • Provide support and advice to potential customers on business models, project financing and deal structures.
  • Involve directing with other agencies – Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Home Affairs, and others.
  • Maintain a good networking of business relationships with the community under client product segmentation
