Cheras Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia OSBORNESOFT INTERACTIVE SDN. BHD. Full time 30,000 - 45,000 per year

Account Responsibilities:

- Process invoices and payments to vendors, suppliers, and contractors

- Initiate bank payment and prepare payment voucher for approval

- Tracking on outstanding payments and invoices

- Follow up on any outstanding documents such as invoices and receipts

- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry

Office Adminstration Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, receiving courier, despatching

- Maintain and organize both financial and HR-related documents, ensuring proper filing and easy access when needed

- Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Accounting

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision

  • Fast learner and willing to grow with the company

  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.

  • Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment

  • Entry level with the right attitude are welcome
