Job Scope

  • Assist the Assistant Manager in marketing and selling company products.
  • Secure new customers, service existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations for Airfreight, Seafreight, Trucking, Warehousing, and other services based on customer needs.
  • Request and negotiate rates with shipping lines, co-loaders, and NVOCC.
  • Send sales leads to overseas offices and agents to generate additional business.
  • Secure routing orders for import shipments and prepare shipping instructions for air and sea inbound cargo.
  • Meet and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer profiles, and submit monthly updates to the Branch Manager.
  • Follow up closely on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Submit credit applications for new clients requesting credit terms.
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth handling and excellent service.
  • Support the Branch Manager and Assistant Sales Manager in achieving company goals.

Requirements

  • HSC/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Transport, or related fields.
  • (Minimum 2 years experience in the forwarding industry is an added advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay/Mandarin.
  • Computer literate.
  • Pleasant personality with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to work well with internal departments.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Able to lead a team and willing to travel extensively.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Must have no criminal record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
