  • Identify and develop new customers- Prospect clients through calls, emails, meetings, or digital platforms.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients - Provide follow-up, support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present products or services - Explain features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Achieve sales targets - Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate terms - Handle price negotiations, payment terms, and contracts.
  • Close sales deals - Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare sales reports - Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales performance reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance departments

4) Related work experience

● At least have experience 1 year in sales or its equivalent.

● Experience as a sales person or any sales experience

● Strong communication and sales skills.

● Experience in the sales field.

● Excellent leadership skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office.

● Strong analytical skill.

● Deep understanding sales and best practices.

5) Qualification

● Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

● Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
