Here are the responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act 1955 and other labour laws.
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to support company growth and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Organize training, workshops, and team development activities.
  • Manage daily finance operations including invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets.
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
  • Support management in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.

Desired skills & requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and/or Finance roles.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
