Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events Administrator based in Georgetown. The Events Administrator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, ensuring seamless execution and a high standard of customer service. Key tasks include planning and managing event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring all setups meet company standards. The role demands effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management for executing seamless and successful events
- Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining organizational workflows
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with event software or related tools is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred
