Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to process monthly payroll with accuracy- Maintain daily updates for employee attendance, overtime, payroll, leave records, and submission of statutory payments, while also keeping track of medical utilization records.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of Administration operations.
  3. Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring accurate collection and maintenance of required documents to align with ISO standards.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date HR database, including Personal Files, Salary Movement, Letters, Training Records and other relevant employee information.
  5. Ability to handle the recruitment activities from beginning to end  such as interview coordinator, onboarding and orientation of new hire and potential candidate.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is required.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, dynamism, and proactivity, with a strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve results.
  • Exhibit good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act will be an advantageous skill.
