Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources cum Operation to join our team

Responsibilities :

  • Manage full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for F&B outlets.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, overtime, leave management, and shift scheduling.
  • Administer statutory compliance including KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, and other labour requirements.
  • Support performance management, staff evaluation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines are consistently applied across outlets.
  • Support daily outlet operations to ensure smooth manpower planning and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate staffing requirements, shift planning, and outlet workforce deployment.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing operational SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality.
  • Liaise with outlet managers to resolve operational or staffing challenges.
  • Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, grooming standards, and workplace conduct.
  • Support audit preparation, internal checks, and compliance with food safety and labour regulations.
  • Assist management in operational reporting and improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or operations, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling frontline workforce, shift-based employees, and outlet operations.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
  • Willing to travel between outlets when required.
