About the role

CardBiz Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Helpdesk Support cum Document Writer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and documentation services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly to incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat,providing efficient and effective troubleshooting and resolution
  • Document and maintain detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions
  • Create and update user guides, tutorials, and other technical documentation tosupport our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement processimprovements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the bestpossible support

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with a strongcustomer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explaintechnical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with creating user-friendlydocumentation
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the overall success of the organization
