Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all production operations, including manpower allocation, overtime, and resource management, to ensure smooth workflow, production targets, cost control, and delivery timelines are met.
  • Lead, monitor, and review production workers' performance; provide clear communication, coaching, development, counseling, and mentoring.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and 5S to promote quality awareness, workplace safety, and employee morale.
  • Upgrade workers' skills and knowledge through training programs.
  • Perform visual inspections of production output.
  • Prepare raw materials and parts for production.
  • Update daily downtime records and monitor production yield.
  • Participate in all production-related activities on the shop floor.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors.
  • Manage new model conversions according to 4M change information.
  • Assist in production planning and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Operate various manufacturing tools and equipment, including soldering irons, cutters, pliers, crimp tools, heaters, blowers, Danon machines, and x-ray machines.
  • Repair circuit boards, cut components to fit, maintain stock levels in the system, test finished boards for functionality, and follow technical drawings accurately.
  • Monitor part drops and ensure accuracy.
  • Allocate one (1) hour daily for manpower supervision and seven (7) hours for production-related tasks.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field with 1–3 years of working experience as a Leader, Technician, or Supervisor.
  • Experience in the electronics industry is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of electronic circuit design and components.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good communication abilities
