This client is a leading property developer with a strong presence across Malaysia and a growing footprint in key international markets. Our portfolio includes residential, commercial, and integrated developments. With that, they are seeking for a Business Development Manager to lead the Industrial and Logistic park portfolio.

About The Job
This role involve heavily in identifying market opportunities, strategic partnership and attracting potential investors.

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities in the industrial and logistics sector.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for logistics park and warehouse offerings to strengthen market positioning.
  • Engage with multinational companies, 3PL providers, and e-commerce players to explore leasing, joint development, or partnership options.
  • Support investment sourcing by preparing business proposals and presentations for both local and international stakeholders.
  • Build a pipeline of potential joint venture partners, especially those offering complementary logistics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across development, legal, finance, and operations to structure and execute business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, government policies, and industry developments relevant to logistics and warehousing.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, market reports, and business documentation to support decision-making.

About The Manager/team
You will be working directly with the C-level and guiding a lean team.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in business, real estate, land management or equivalent qualification
  • With 10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnership within industrial/ warehousing or logistic field.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing deal, JV and investors engagements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
