Job Descriptions:

  • Processes Client Continuance in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures;
  • Preparation of documents relating to the setting up of Singapore companies;
  • Preparation of documents to effect change of directors and/or secretary, opening and closing of bank accounts, acceptance of banking facilities etc;
  • Preparation of annual general meeting documents;
  • Collaborates with auditors in respect of the annual general meeting of our clients.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in conducting client due diligence and corporate secretarial compliance are preferred;
  • Possess at least a degree or equivalent;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in
    English and Mandarin
    .
  • IT savvy/Computer literate due to the nature of work;
  • He or she must have an interest in corporate secretarial compliance and governance and possesses good interpersonal skills.
