Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing the full spectrum of company secretarial duties in private limited companies.
- The company secretarial duties include company incorporations, annual return , administrative work.
- Ensure accurate and systematic filing of clients statutory documents and records, maintaining proper housekeeping to uphold compliance standards.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at the minimum Diploma or Degree in Bachelor of Laws or Corporate Administration or Business Administration.
- min 2 years of relevant working experience required.
- Professional qualification in ICSA is preferred but not mandatory for junior role.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
