Job Purpose:

Support the Hostel Operations team in managing staff accommodation, hostel transfers, tenancy coordination, and daily maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating staff movement and hostel transfers, including room arrangements and key/access card preparation.
  • Support the team in ensuring hostels are ready for new occupants, including cleanliness checks and equipment setup.
  • Help handle hostel maintenance, utilities, and complaint follow-ups.
  • Assist in liaising with landlords, agents, and service providers for hostel setup, repairs, and tenancy matters.
  • Maintain hostel records and update reports on room occupancy and movement.
  • Support tenancy agreement renewals and utility applications (TNB, Syabas).
  • Carry out ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or above.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in operations, administration, or property-related roles.
  • Eager to learn, responsible, and able to follow instructions well.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work extra hours when needed.
  • Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
