Responsibilities:

1.Business Process Improvement

  • Support Business Transformation Manager in driving process standardization and project implementation
  • Document project requirements and ensure goals and timelines are met
  • Consult SMEs and Technical Teams on business processes and system integrations
  • Lead requirement gathering and develop 'As Is' and 'To-Be' process designs
  • Conduct detailed business analysis and fit-gap analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and user documentation for stakeholders
  • Track and document process changes and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in designing and implementing solutions with internal teams and external consultants
  • Play a key role in testing and rolling out new tools and processes; record test results
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and adapt to changing demands

2.Data & Reporting Management:

  • Drive data governance, standardization, and master data management
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify data owners and stewards
  • Support data cleansing, migration, and alignment to Global HQ standards (e.g., Common Chart of Accounts)
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and centralized reporting solutions
  • Support corporate data governance and control matrix development

3.Project Coordination & Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers to manage life cycle activities and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure follow-up on action plans
  • Lead change management initiatives, managing stakeholder engagement and resistance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Analysis
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics certification
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial systems administration
  • Proven experience in business requirements analysis and regional project coordination
  • Skilled in translating strategies into actionable projects
  • Experience in regional business/finance improvement initiatives
  • Expertise in creating business requirement specifications
  • Familiar with master data management (e.g., Common Chart of Accounts, product/customer/vendor master)
  • Experience with data cleansing, mapping, standardization, and migration
  • Knowledge of ERP modules (Project Accounting, Project Operations, GL) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, IBM Cognos) is an advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM8,500.00 per month
