We're hiring full-time Takaful Advisors to join our fast-growing team in Sabah. This role is commission-based by default, but if you're ready to commit full-time, you may qualify for our Elite Development Program, which provides a basic income of RM2,000/month for 12 months, plus commissions and performance bonuses.

No experience? No problem. We'll provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients in selecting the right Takaful (financial protection) plans.
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engage prospects through social media, digital tools, or face-to-face.
  • Attend team training, sales meetings, and coaching sessions.
  • Use your own iPad for presentations, lead management, and digital submissions.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum education: SPM or higher (any field).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to sit for Takaful Basic Exam (TBE) and Pre-Contract Exam (PCE) (exam prep support provided).
  • Must prepare your own iPad for business operations.
  • Willing to learn, motivated to grow, and open to new challenges.
