Corporate Account Manager

Pay: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000 (Basic) + up to 40% commission

Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours a day including one hour of break - 7 working hours).

Company background:

IT-specialised company offering solutions such as HR software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, connectivity and so on. The company is more specialised on software rather than hardware despite they offer hardware as well but it's not their main offering.

Job responsibilites:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for IT infrastructure modernization projects
  • Build new and maintain existing strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage RFI/RFP responses and proposals
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs and sales targets
  • Expand existing accounts and secure new business opportunities

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management specially in the IT industry.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred (not mandatory) as training will be provided
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, preferably in English
  • Candidate's attitude is prioritised above all other factors

Additional terms:

  • Bond Policy: 2-year employment bond required. Early resignation incurs compensation of 2 months' basic salary or RM7,000 (whichever is higher)
  • Training: 1–2 months on-the-job training at HQ in Puchong, Selangor
  • Probation Period: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
