Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping team (room attendants & public area cleaners).
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Plan daily work assignments and schedules for the housekeeping team.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance.
  • Ensure all housekeeping supplies and linen inventory are well maintained.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness.
  • Preferably with hotel/hospitality background.
