Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of corporate secretarial documents
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns
  • Maintain backup copies for all the records and perform documents filing
  • Assist in preparation of management accounts
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agent, solicitors and regulatory bodies
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business Studies/ Management/ Administration or currently pursuing ACCA/ICSA
  • Strong sense of initiative and responsibility and has positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and can embrace a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
