Currently we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Exec to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels such as social media, phone calls, email, or sales events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide clear and accurate product or service information, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare quotations and close sales through effective negotiation techniques.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High self-motivation, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
