Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing in line with company policies.
- Support payroll processing, leave administration, and other HR-related activities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve matters related to Nepal workers, including documentation, placement, and
operational needs
Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Manage and coordinate the deployment schedules for security personnel.
- Ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment.
- Track and manage stock levels, operational tools, and other assets.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
Corporate Matters:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the security industry.
- Manage and maintain corporate licenses, certifications, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in preparing for audits and inspections, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Update and enforce company policies in alignment with industry standards.
- Provide support in corporate communications and community engagement initiatives.
General Support:
- Assist management with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Coordinate and support crisis management and emergency response efforts.
- Participate in company initiatives and contribute to process improvement.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
