What you'll be doing?
  • Manage accounts: Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the latest accounting standards.
  • Prepare financial reports: Timely preparation and submission of monthly accounts, financial reports, and forecasts while maintaining effective budgetary control.
  • Resolve discrepancies: Investigate, reconcile, and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
  • Support financial processes: Assist in monitoring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Maintain cash records: Keep daily cash book entries up to date and accurate.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail: Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Self-motivated: Independent and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Accounting knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles, standards, and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Software proficiency: Experience with AutoCount is a bonus
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
