Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new leads across retail, F&B, malls, hospitality, and franchise sectors.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and solution pitches to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Provide timely support, updates, and issue resolution to ensure high client satisfaction.

3. Coordination & Project Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (Creatives, Operations, Events, and Technical) to deliver client projects smoothly.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring all documentation and setup are completed.
  • Monitor client activation timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.

4. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM/trackers.
  • Submit weekly sales updates, pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
