Job Description :
- Bring in new customers and grow revenue for the company.
- Driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationship and achieving sales targets.
- Cold call prospective customers to initiate sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and present suitable services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers.
- Prepare presentations and proposals to customers.
- Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements :
- A Diploma or Degree holder.
- Preferred with 1-2 years working experience in sales in freight forwarding industry.
- Both Import and Export freight experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with minimum supervision.
- Must be a team player with a good working attitude and behavior.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
- Active listening and questioning skills for needs assessment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education Qualifications : Diploma / Degree
Professional Qualifications : Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements : Any Sales Experience (preferably in Logistics)
Skills & Competencies : Good in computer skills – excel, power point, etc
Ability in Critical Thinking.
