Are you a dynamic commercial leader ready to shape the future of medical device solutions across the region? People Profilers is proud to partner with a global life sciences solutions provider in the search for a Regional Sales Leader to drive the growth of its Medical Device portfolio.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will spearhead sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead high-performing teams toward excellence. You'll play a pivotal part in accelerating revenue growth, optimizing operational performance, and delivering value-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies for the Medical Device business.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through engagement and collaboration.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and business insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial and operational effectiveness.
- Identify risks and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer trust and business continuity.
- Champion process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years of leadership experience in business unit or sector management, preferably in life sciences, process, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a track record of leveraging data effectively.
- Proven ability to anticipate risks, capitalize on opportunities, and take decisive action.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with both local and international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and achieving ambitious sales and operational targets.
- Inclusive and motivational leadership style, with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to business development and problem-solving.
