Task
a) Implement administration tasks in the department by:
- Data entry, memo and etc.
- Distribute document, memo and so on to related department.
- Send, receive and distribute the documents that have been received by fax or email.
- Take the documents received from 'pigeon whole' department.
- Pick up phone call
- Manage all the department documents (filing system)
b) Implement all the 5s activities in workplace.
c) Responsible in checking staff attendances.
d) Provide report and monthly overtime claim for department.
e) Implement tasks related based on instruction given from boss.
f) Prepare daily weekly and monthly report as per requested by related superior.
