Job Scope
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share within the
IT & Gadget sector. - Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results and maintain high performance standards.
- Manage key accounts and dealer networks, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities and customer trends to develop targeted sales initiatives.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales plans with company objectives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques within the team.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, and marketing campaigns to promote brand and product visibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and strategic partners.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, accessories, and consumer gadget products.
- Proven experience managing dealer or distribution networks.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel (including outstation visits).
