What will you be doing?

  1. Identify new business opportunity within the channel nationwide, leveraging market research and data analytics.
  2. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  3. Proposing, managing and executing the terms and conditions of Food Services and Business contracts.
  4. Work closely on collaboration, support and alignment from various department stakeholders including Regions, Marketing, Finance, Logistic and Technical.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers within the Food Services sector.  Conduct regular meeting and presentations to showcase our products/services and understand customer needs.
  6. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the acquisition processes and beyond.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, foodservice managers, and other influencers within the industry.  Leverage this connection to gather insights, identify trends, and promote our offerings.
  8. Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  9. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and competitive positioning.
  10. Monitor and report on acquisition metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  11. Manage order processing, forecast, and account aging.
  12. Initiate, execute, and evaluate all promotional initiatives within DME allocation.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications

Educational Background

At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Working Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience  in customer acquisition, sales, or business development, preferable within the Food Services sector.
