Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Excellence
  • Ensure customers are greeted, seated, and served with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle customer enquiries and solve issues on the spot
  • Maintain high service standards during peak hours
2. Team Leadership
  • Lead, guide, and train service crew
  • Coordinate floor operations and table management
  • Assign tasks and ensure smooth teamwork during rush periods
3. Outlet Experience & Cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and comfortable dining environment
  • Ensure FOH areas (tables, floors, counters, pastry bar) are always presentable
  • Follow daily/weekly cleaning checklists
4. Operational Support
  • Assist in cashiering, order checking, and item serving
  • Support manager in daily opening & closing duties
  • Ensure outlets follow SOP for service, quality, and hygiene
  • Help monitor inventory for FOH items (tissue, straws, sauces, cups)
5. Service Speed & Efficiency
  • Ensure ticket time is within company standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen/bar/pastry for smooth order flow
  • Reduce bottlenecks during peak hours

As a Super Service Leader, you will be the key person ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and smooth service.

You will lead the front-of-house team, maintain outlet cleanliness, and deliver top-level hospitality that makes customers return again.
