Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Planning & Execution

Ensure effective planning and coordination for the timely execution of customer orders, including allocation of units and stock purchasing, to meet customer delivery commitments and minimize delays.

2. Order Accuracy & Compliance

Verify that all orders are accurate and complete, with correct details on pricing, discounts, trade-ins, and promotional offers, ensuring they are properly recorded in the Retail Customer Order system and duly authorized by the Outlet Manager.

3. Sales Strategy & Action Plans

Develop and implement strategies and action plans designed to maximize monthly sales performance of the assigned Sales Advisor team, aligning with overall business objectives.

  1. Target Achievement & Alignment

    Plan and execute sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while ensuring alignment with company sales policies, operational standards, and market strategies.

5. Sales Team Development

Manage, coach, and mentor Sales Advisors to enhance their selling skills, professionalism, and overall performance, ensuring that both individual and team goals are achieved consistently.

6. Performance Management

Oversee Sales Advisors' performance through continuous monitoring, regular reviews, recognition programs, and incentive rewards to ensure sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

7. Staff Recruitment & Onboarding

Participate in the recruitment and selection of new sales team members, focusing on candidates with strong sales potential, and provide structured coaching and ongoing support to ensure smooth integration and high performance.

8. Sales & Business Reviews

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to evaluate team and individual achievements, address performance gaps, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

9. Daily Sales Reporting

Prepare, compile, and submit accurate daily sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

10. Periodic Performance Reporting

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance reports to management, analyzing trends and recommending strategies for improvement.

11. Ad-Hoc Assignments

Undertake any other tasks, projects, or responsibilities assigned by superiors as and when required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational needs.

Qualifications for Sales Head / Assistant Sales Manager

  1. Bachelor's Degree holder, or Diploma holder with SPM credits including Mathematics.

  2. 3 to 4 years of working experiences in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.

  3. Results-oriented, aggressive, and driven to achieve targets.

  4. Highly self-motivated, independent, and mature, with a positive and proactive attitude.

  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  6. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

  7. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  8. Good business acumen with sound knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
