Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify variances and recommend corrective actions to align with financial goals.
  • Support strategic planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks through effective policies and controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory reports.
  • Streamline financial processes and drive automation for efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial software and systems.
  • Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other business units.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and organizational goals.
  • Communicate financial performance and updates to stakeholders, including senior management and the board.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA qualification preferred).
- Expertise in cost accounting, product costing, and variance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Experience in inventory accounting (raw material, WIP, finished goods).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
- Ability to prepare financial statements (IFRS/MFRS) and compliance reports.
- Skilled in CAPEX evaluation, ROI analysis, and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of taxation, audit, and internal controls in manufacturing.
- Experience in cash flow, working capital, and supply chain finance.
- Ability to track manufacturing KPIs (cost per unit, efficiency, margins).
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
