What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Oversee KYC (Know-Your-Customer) processes, ensuring successful client onboarding and assisting with document checking and execution.
- Manage client accounts, process leads, and deliver personalized solutions to exceed client expectations—earn rewards for your quality work
- Proactively communicate with clients, resolve issues, and promote financial products and services.
What We're Looking For
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and basic Cantonese to support Hong Kong and China markets.
Strong command of English for effective team communication.
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or financial services preferred (fresh graduates with enthusiasm in financial markets can also apply).
Familiarity with financial products (equities, funds, etc.) is a plus.
