About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality online communication and support services
to our key clients, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide online communication and support services for key clients through various digital
platforms.
● Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via the online customer service
system.
● Perform customer information queries and updates through the CRM system.
● Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure efficient client service delivery.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding
matters.
Requirements
● Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
● Minimum high school education or above.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
● Responsible, patient, and able to handle client requests with professionalism.
