Role Description

  • Strategize and execute global supply chain operations covering procurement, supply and demand planning for finished goods, raw and packaging materials, as well as non-product items such as gifts and promotional materials.
  • Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution for both local and export markets, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate closely with production and planning teams to align factory output and delivery timelines with market and customer demands.
  • Manage international logistics and customs clearance, ensuring timely and compliant shipment of goods from factories to various global destinations.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and distributors to enhance supply chain efficiency and collaboration.
  • Support the preparation and management of operational budgets, including expenditure forecasting, monitoring, and cost control initiatives.
  • Review and interpret legal and compliance documents, including supplier contracts, service agreements, and import/export documentation.
