MFTech Global (M) Sdn Bhd ialah sebuah syarikat Bumiputera yang sedang berkembang pesat, terlibat dalam pembekalan teknologi dan peralatan teknikal kepada sektor pendidikan, agensi kerajaan dan organisasi berkaitan industri di Malaysia.
Seiring dengan pertumbuhan operasi dan keperluan tadbir urus yang lebih tersusun, kami mencari seorang HR Manager yang hands-on, berdisiplin dan berpengalaman untuk mengurus operasi HR harian CAWANGAN KUALA LUMPUR, serta memastikan pematuhan undang-undang buruh dan polisi dalaman syarikat.
Ringkasan Jawatan
Jawatan ini bertanggungjawab mengurus operasi HR secara menyeluruh, termasuk pengambilan pekerja, pengurusan pekerja, dokumentasi HR, pematuhan undang-undang buruh serta sokongan kepada Pengurusan dalam hal ehwal Sumber Manusia.
Calon yang sesuai ialah individu yang sedia bekerja secara praktikal, selesa mengendalikan dokumentasi HR, dan mampu mengurus isu pekerja dengan adil, profesional dan berfakta.
Tanggungjawab Utama
1. Operasi HR Harian
- Mengurus proses HR dari pengambilan, onboarding, pengesahan jawatan sehingga offboarding.
- Menyelaras rekod pekerja, cuti, kehadiran dan dokumentasi HR.
2. Pengambilan Pekerja
- Mengendalikan proses pengambilan pekerja secara end-to-end untuk jawatan operasi, teknikal dan sokongan.
- Menyaring calon, menjalankan temuduga dan menyediakan tawaran pekerjaan.
3. Perhubungan Pekerja & Disiplin
- Mengendalikan isu disiplin, salah laku dan aduan pekerja secara berstruktur dan berfakta.
- Menyediakan surat rasmi HR seperti surat tunjuk sebab, surat amaran dan memo pengurusan.
4. Pematuhan Undang-Undang & Polisi
Memastikan pematuhan kepada:
Akta Kerja 1955 (termasuk pindaan terkini)
- Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967
- Menyemak, melaksanakan dan memastikan pematuhan Polisi HR, SOP dan Buku Panduan Pekerja.
5. Sokongan Pengurusan
- Memberi nasihat HR asas kepada Pengurusan berkaitan pengurusan pekerja dan pematuhan.
- Menyokong keperluan audit dalaman dan dokumentasi berkaitan operasi tender kerajaan.
Kelayakan & Keperluan
• Ijazah / Diploma dalam Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 5–6 tahun pengalaman dalam HR, terutamanya sebagai HR generalist.
• Penguasaan Bahasa Malaysia bertulis dan lisan yang baik (wajib).
• Pengalaman mengurus dokumentasi HR dan kes disiplin adalah satu kelebihan.
• Calon mesti bersedia bekerja secara hands-on dan mengurus operasi HR harian.
